Dear America's S.D.S. Construction a.k.a. Storm Damage Specialists of America, LLC, My name is Kelly Perry of 2223 W. Phelps Street Springfield Missouri and I wanted to take a moment to let you know how pleasantly surprised I am with your service and warranty. On or about May of 2010 I was visited by one of your representatives who informed me that my home suffered damage from the recent storms and that I may be entitled to a new roof for little to NO out of pocket expense, At first I was skeptical however, since I was widowed and my roof was in pretty bad shape I figured that I had nothing to lose. Shortly after entering into a contract with Storm Damage Specialists of America LLC. I received the first check for the purpose to start the roof replacement. Everything went pretty smooth and I was surprised to say that I had NO complaints from beginning to end. However,in November of 2O11. I had a very bad leak that came suddenly and water had completely destroyed my ceiling.
I was in tears when I called and spoke to the owner Jim Kennedy, he actually took the time to come and see me personally, inspect the roof, immediately repair it and he also had his best interior refinisher repair and repaint the entire ceiling in my home (not just the small area that had gotten wet.) I just wanted to let you know that there are absolutely NO complaints and I am 1OO% satisfied with the excellent service, product, along with my experience with regards to their warranty service. lt isn't often that you get something for almost nothing and if you have problems with the product that the companies take such GREAT care of you. Dear America's S,D,S. Construction a,k.a. Storm Damage Specialists of America, LLC, My wife and I wanted to share our unexpected pleasant experience with your warranty service department. On or about July of 2010 we were visited by one of your representatives who informed us that our home had suffered damage from the recent storms and that we may be entitled to a new roof for little to NO out of pocket expense. We decided to give it a shot and shortly after entering into a contract we received our first check for the purpose to start the roof replacement.
We were 100% satisfied with their service however around November 2O11 my wife and I noticed some shingles that were not quite laying down completely and that there was a small section where the seams were butted against each other. I placed a call to the company and was greeted by the owner Jim Kennedy who shared some unexpected bad news. He went on to explain that in 2010, two of the representatives working for him had managed to fraudulently open a local bank account in his companies name. They managed to steal money and complete some 22 roof replacements in his companies name. Jim Kennedy also went on to explain that my wife and I were one of these 22 roof replacements that were NOT done by his company. He asked me to give him a few days to see if there was something that he could do. It was approximately 2 days later that we received a call from Storm Damage Specialists of America wanting to schedule an appointment to inspect the roof of our home. They came out as promised when they said and made some minor repairs that were needed. We just wanted to share our gratitude for taking care of our family especially since your company never got paid for the work that was originally performed. We also wanted to let you know that there are absolutely ZERO complaints here and we plan on telling all of our friends, co-workers and family about the wonderful service that you have provided to our family, Thank you very much again for everything.Sincerely, Ken and Kristan Hart
